Policy Statement I hope that you are pleased with the service that I provide. I would love for you to write a short 'testimonial' for me to use on my website. However, if you have any concerns or are not happy with any aspects of my practice I will be more than happy to discuss these with you. Please feel free to raise any issues with me personally. ProcedureIf you would prefer to put down your thoughts in writing, I will respond to your correspondence within 28 days. If you don’t feel you can talk to me, and would like to speak to someone else in confidence you can get advice from The Advice, Contact & Assessment Service: Whitehawk Community Hub and Library If you would like to make a formal complaint you can contact Ofsted on Tel: 0300 123 1231 or at The National Business Unit, Ofsted, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester, M1 2WD. If a complaint or allegation is made against me, I will follow these guidelines for advice and action: Seek support and advice as soon as possible from one or more of the following organisations:
Keep accurate, factual records of all meetings, telephone calls and conversations with everyone involved, including ACAS, parents, Police etc. Keep a diary of events Keep copies of any letters that I receive or write Find out what procedures Ofsted/ACAS are following to investigate the allegation. Make sure I have a copy of the Ofsted Guidance
